My name is Margarita Luedtke, and I am a licensed clinical social worker based in Texas. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Alabama, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Health. I have dedicated my career to working with diverse populations across the lifespan.
I believe in a trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognizing the profound impact that trauma can have on mental health and overall well-being. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various therapeutic modalities, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. This allows me to tailor my therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of each individual I work with, ensuring that our sessions are not only productive but also empowering.
My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive environment where you can feel safe and understood. I strive to build a trusting relationship that fosters open dialogue. My approach is centered around helping you identify and work toward the goals you envision for yourself. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and I am dedicated to helping you find your path to healing and personal growth.
