Hi there, I am Margarita. Gaining and maintaining balance, peace, and mental and emotional stability are not easy goals to achieve. We all go through difficult times in our lives that negatively affect the way we think, feel, and act, which in turn impacts the people around us. As a counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Universidad del Turabo / Ana G. Méndez, I help people move forward and overcome situations where mental and emotional health has been compromised. I promote harmony and balance while equipping clients with the necessary tools to face future challenges. I believe that integral health is achieved when there is balance between physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social factors, allowing for adequate growth and development at all stages of life. For this reason, I offer mental health counseling with a humanistic and holistic vision in a peaceful and safe environment. I am here to help.
