Dr. Marian Oppenheimer is a PhD Psychologist licensed in both California and New York and has over 30 years of experience working within the field of psychology. Dr. Oppenheimer has a private practice housed within Wellpeople, a holistic healing center located in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. For California residents, she offers both in-office therapy as well as TeleHealth, allowing clients to decide the forum in which they choose to be seen. In addition, should you live on the west side of Los Angeles, at-home visits are available. Dr. Oppenheimer is also able to provide telehealth to clients in New York where she resided for many happy years. Her expertise includes treating adolescent patients through patients in late-adulthood who experience Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Trauma, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), supporting families who care for mentally ill and ASD/autism spectrum disorder, and psychological evaluations for the purposes of court. Dr. Oppenheimer also has a vast amount of experience providing support and guidance for clients affected by mental illness as well as expertise working with members of law enforcement and their family members. In addition, as a displaced resident of the Pacific Palisades neighborhood in Los Angeles, she is in a unique position to provide support to others affected by the recent fires.
