Honestly look no further! It's so hard to find a good therapist now a days that TRULY is knowledgeable in theories and utilizing them into practice as Mr. Modoski does. He is super relatable, makes me feel safe, lifts my spirits, anchors/grounds me, isn't just a nod and let me talk therapist but let's figure this out together and he will provide you input and guide you through the process of healing and feeling accomplished and successful type of therapist with results!

My goal is to help each of my clients find inner peace and happiness. I am a very different type of therapist as I am highly vested in your success. I arrive prepared for each session with an agenda, I have an excellent education, work experience and clinical skills, and a level of compassion that seems to have gotten lost in this field. This is not just a job for me. I am DBT Certified and I tailor your treatment utilizing only evidenced-based practices that I am trained and experienced in using. We will establish your goals, you will receive a treatment plan in writing and revisit often to ensure we are meeting your goals.
My specialty is working with individuals suffering from alcohol and substance abuse and other addictions (e.g. food, sex, gambling) as well as anxiety, depression and couples counseling. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults of any ethnic background, the LGBTQ community and have experience with combat veterans, clergy, firemen, policemen, homeless, etc.
No one one should have to live a life of pain and suffering whether it be from the bondage of addiction, anxiety, depression or other mental health or behavioral problems. Help is always available and making a phone call is the first step. Having a conversation with someone who won't judge you or make any demands is worth a chance at a better life.
