In addition to using these modalities, I am skilled in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and exploring ways to achieve harm reduction. I have experience treating several mental health issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, grief and loss, and family and relationship stressors. I am passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and I believe that access to mental health care is a right and not a privilege.
