I have evolved into a change agent-a natural role for a social worker. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University. My specialties lie in my ability to move a person or a family from a place of dysfunction to functionality. I strive to improve the quality of life for those whom I counsel.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
