UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My core values are faith, family, social and economic justice. My worldview is quite simple: I believe that everyone has a right to be in a good place mentally, physically, and spiritually. I have evolved into a change agent-a natural role for a social worker. The same steps I have taken to secure my life mentally, physically, and emotionally are the very same steps I am willing to help my patients and clients take. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree from Colgate University. My specialties lie in my ability to move a person or a family from a place of dysfunction to functionality. I strive to improve the quality of life for those whom I counsel.
