I have been working in this field for over six years and have experience working with the Hispanic community. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Global. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and Internal Family Systems. I am experienced in helping individuals deal with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harming, relationship counseling, and parenting. I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals, and I provide a safe, empathetic, healing environment.

During your first session, you will have an opportunity to tell me about yourself, your goals for therapy and together we can develop a treatment plan to assist you in meeting those defined goals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
