I have immediate openings available. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally disconnected? Have you been holding it together for everyone else, but inside, you feel like you’re unraveling? You don’t have to carry it alone. I specialize in helping adults navigate the messy middle of life — the moments when everything you thought you knew starts shifting. That might look like: Losing a relationship, role, or career, facing a cancer diagnosis or caregiving for someone who is struggling with body image and internalized shame, or feeling burned out, lost, or emotionally flat.
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness) with a warm, honest, and real-world approach. Therapy with me is a space to exhale, feel, and reset.
If you’re ready to stop carrying everything alone, or even if you're just curious about how therapy might help, I invite you to reach out.
