More about Martin Andrade, PT
Martin (mar-teen) grew up in beautiful southern CA, and became a resident of O.C. in 2006. He attended Cal Poly State University, SLO, majoring in Kinesiology and graduated Cum Laude. He took up running, surfing, playing soccer and tennis, and became more involved in physical fitness while in college. Here is also where he became fascinated with the human body and the amazing feats it could endure and perform, and became passionate about the field of Physical Therapy. Martin then attended the University of Southern California, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2001.
Martin started his career at Kaiser West L.A., working in the outpatient and inpatient settings. He also attended Joe Godges year-long manual therapy course. He has been very active in the field since then, working predominantly in outpatient orthopedics and sports physical therapy and started a new endeavor in aquatic therapy, eager to incorporate water therapy to his other skills. He now comes with a newer skill set of MACSL (Accelerated Circulatory Sports Lymphatic) therapy to further accelerate the normal functional restoration of the human body. He brings a lot of energy and a good sense of humor to help make the therapy significantly beneficial and rewarding.
