Education:
I earned a Post-Masters Educational Specialist (EdS) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The College of New Jersey. I also hold a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from New Jersey City University, as well as a bachelor's degree in History Secondary Education from The College of New Jersey.
Experience:
I am currently a Licensed Associate Counselor working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. I am also a licensed school counselor in the State of New Jersey. After working as a high school teacher, I realized my true passion was connecting with people on a more personal level to help them achieve their full potential. I became a School Counselor and a Licensed Associate Counselor to pursue this goal. Throughout my graduate internships and recent clinical counseling roles, I have gained experience working with a variety of populations and ages.
Hobbies/Interests:
I love spending time with my family and friends. I am a dedicated life-learner and enjoy exposing myself to different cultures and perspectives. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and listening to music.
