I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and hope. I believe that therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where meaningful growth can occur.
My approach is both trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, recognizing that each person's experiences, identity, and background shape their unique journey. I am committed to providing care that honors diversity and promotes safety, respect, and understanding within the therapeutic relationship.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, ages, and life experiences. I support clients facing concerns such as grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and personal growth challenges.
I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want to create. I bring warmth, humor, and unconditional positive regard to my work, believing that healing happens through connection, self-discovery, and the courage to embrace change.
