“Meg is the most attentive therapist I've ever seen. They have taught me how to pay attention to how my body is feeling and how to work to address, describe, and work through those feelings. They are great at identifying how I frame things or when emotions are building and will call it out so we can dig further into what that may mean. Would recommend Meg to anyone looking for a thoughtful, kind, intelligent person to work through life's challenges.”

Getting to know Meg McNeil

*Mindful Therapy Group requires a credit card to be added to your account before your intake appointment with this Provider. After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details.* Welcome! I’m a queer and neurodivergent therapist who is passionate about supporting my communities (and beyond) in finding healing and transformation. I’m not here to ‘fix’ you, because somewhere within you, you're already whole. What I am here for is guiding you toward (re)connecting with your wholeness, healing the trauma stored in your body, and freeing yourself from painful patterns. Together we can navigate the tender areas of Autism, ADHD, trauma, identity, oppression, anxiety, depression, burnout, and much more. I blend relational, somatic, and parts work therapies in my work. I’ll invite and guide you toward connecting with your inner wisdom, and together, we’ll gently uncover each layer of your inner world. We’ll explore and integrate the intricate connections between mind, body, spirit, and the external systems around you. My commitment is to make therapy a soft landing place where you can receive accessible, affirming, and nurturing therapeutic support.
