Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a licensed therapist who offers online therapy for adults in Ohio and Colorado. Many of the people I work with are doing their best - but feel stretched thin, stuck in the same patterns, and unsure of how to calm the noise in their mind and body. In therapy, we'll gently take a look at what's going on beneath your patterns - with your stress response, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the experiences that shaped them. My style is practical and supportive. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness, and I also bring in body-based and energy-psychology tools when they're helpful - so we're not only talking about what's hard, we're building skills that help you actually feel different over time. I aim to create a space that feels safe, warm, and grounded - where you can understand yourself with more compassion and feel empowered to move toward the life and relationships you most want. Please note: I currently offer remote individual therapy sessions for adults only. I do not provide couples therapy through my therapy practice or through Grow. I do, however, work with couples separately through my coaching practice, which is outside of Grow Therapy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
