If you are experiencing anxiety; panic; depression; trauma; low self-esteem or grief; I am willing and ready to be of support to you. My primary theories of practice include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Solution Focused Therapy; Person Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for older adults; young adults and adolescents.
