If you are experiencing anxiety; panic; depression; trauma; low self-esteem or grief; I am willing and ready to be of support to you. I will work along side of you to help you better manage and understand your emotions and learn effective coping mechanisms to increase your quality of life. My primary theories of practice include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Solution Focused Therapy; Person Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for older adults; young adults and adolescents.
