My passion is helping people grow and learn through building strong and fulfilling relationships within their lives. I believe that relationships are an essential aspect of emotional well-being, so I strive to form collaborative bonds with my clients that focus on their values to identify what works best for them in their therapeutic journey.
I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2014 with a dual master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Since then, I have lived in several different states and gained valuable experiences, from working at a private school for students with learning differences in New Jersey to serving as a middle school counselor in Colorado and a therapist at a group private practice. Along the way, I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and executive functioning challenges.
One thing you must know: I love animals and often incorporate my Australian Shepherd, Athena, into therapy sessions. Athena adds a unique element to the therapeutic process, and it is amazing to see the positive effect she has on my clients.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling. When I am not in the office, I love hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, reading psychological thrillers, and hanging out with family and friends!
