As a former NCAA Division I athlete, I offer a unique perspective in supporting individuals, including athletes navigating both mental health and performance-related challenges. This perspective was built upon my own experience in seeking help for challenges as a college athlete, including anxiety and burnout after an injury, one that deepened my commitment to providing the unconditional, nonjudgmental care everyone deserves. Now, I remain dedicated to bringing warmth, kindness, and understanding to each session, creating a space where you can explore and grow at your own pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in supporting you with compassion and respect for your autonomy, which allows me to be your collaborative and understanding partner. In our work together, you are assured of a safe, non-directive, and trustworthy environment that helps you explore yourself and identify values you can live by.
