I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Illinois at Springfield and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have extensive experience working in crisis settings and providing crisis counseling and individual therapy to youth, teens, young adults and adults. I have worked in outpatient, residential, and community mental health settings.

My approach is collaborative and paced around your needs. I meet clients where they are emotionally and mentally, creating a space that feels safe and supportive. Together, we identify goals and explore what feels most important to you, while moving at a pace that never feels forced. Sessions are guided by your comfort level, and we adjust as your needs and goals evolve over time.
