I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, hard on themselves, or unsure of who they are outside of what they provide for others, often navigating ADHD, perfectionism, self-doubt, or major life transitions. Therapy with me is a supportive, reflective space where you can slow down, make sense of patterns, and feel both validated and gently challenged. I believe therapy can help you rebuild trust in yourself, clarify what matters to you, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned. My hope is that this work supports not just healing, but a deeper sense of agency and freedom in how you live.
I bring a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental presence to sessions, often using metaphors, creativity, humor, and sensory or art-based approaches to help make difficult topics feel more bearable and human. I’m highly observant and attuned to both verbal and nonverbal cues, and I aim to meet people where they are with curiosity and an open mind. Outside of therapy, I’m more introverted and enjoy painting, collaging, creative writing, and crafting with friends—and my cats, Kit and Garfield, may occasionally make a HIPAA-compliant guest appearance in the background!
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve felt unsure, hesitant, or influenced by stigma—but choosing to explore support is a brave and meaningful step. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, help clarify your vision, and share the weight while you build confidence in your everyday choices. If you’re feeling curious but unsure, I’m always happy to meet you where you are and help make the process feel more approachable and human.
