I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) orientation. I specialize in Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have worked in the field of mental and behavioral health since 2005 and have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults with a variety of developmental disabilities and mental health needs.
