Melissa has helped me greatly. She is thorough & I highly recommend her! I love this form of therapy. Brain spotting really works!
When I first came in, it was very inviting, bright and clean! I was immediately greeted. Se was currently working with someone but I didn’t wait long at all, maybe 15 minutes. Missy was down to earth but very knowledgeable. She seemed to really care about my situation. I’ll be back ??

Conversation with Ms. Missy was centered around trauma care.

We love Missy!! She was great with our family and individual counseling. She helped both of my children with their anxiety. She made them feel very comfortable to talk to her. Would recommend her to a family member or Friend.
I had a amazing experience getting acclimated and started . She made it easy, fun, relaxing .she made it very clear and to the point so I could understand the fundamentals and how the automatic nervous system works ! I’m very grateful to have stumbled across this exchange…Im very excited for my next session I always feelbetter after spotting it feels good and relieving.
Missy is a very insightful and caring individual. She took time to hear m child's concerns, gave a through intake assessment and devised a plan that my son felt safe exploring. Her techniques, as strange as they May seem are critical in understanding trauma, the effects it has on your body, and the mindfulness to become aware and responsive rather than emotionally reactive.
I was very eager to start therapy. I did book the appointment late night for the next day and received confirmation that I was all good to go. The day of I waited 45 minutes for a call and never received one. I called the office and no one answered and was sent to voicemail voicemail. Several hours later, I was greeted with a voicemail about how she was sorry she never got confirmation because she’s new to the site. When I called her back, our conversation went very well and she promised to send over the information. I needed in order to schedule appointment for the following week. But again I never received any messaging even until this day. I could excuse the first part, but not sending the information even after our pre-consultation on the phone did leave a little distaste in my mouth. ?

I was there for an hour and a half and barely spoke. The “counselor” was more focused on how her techniques were perfect more than actually listening to anything that was said. The whole session was how her techniques could fix everything. If you’re looking for talk therapy and someone to listen don’t even bother coming here.
She is... one in a million. As someone who has struggled with and battled against adhd, ptsd, anxiety, grief and junk coping strategies my whole life, she is the first woman I have talked to who I KNEW, from the gate, she knew what the heck I have been doing to myself, why I have, that my brain just works a different way, and that it's more than just shoving a pill in my throat. I'm optimistic and looking forward to what is to come. <3
