I have 18 years of experience in private practice, and am confident I can help you get your life back on track. I specialize in anxiety disorders, and do a lot of work with those suffering from Social Anxiety. I also specialize in couples therapy. I am really good and helping couples or adults get to the root of their issues. We will then work together to come up with goals so that you can get back to enjoying your life. I will teach you skills and strategies so that you can then go home and practice what you have learned.
