Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. Since 2016, I have helped individuals in re-authoring their stories. I aim to move you away from problem-saturated narratives towards preferred stories that align with your aspirations. I emphasize that I am not the expert in your life but rather a companion on the journey to help you uncover solutions to your problems collaboratively.
I work with individuals ages 13 to 65. I specialize in couples, families, combat veterans, first responders, and trauma utilizing narrative therapy and solution-focused therapy. I also treat those experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, self-esteem issues, divorce, dual diagnosis, PTSD, control disorders, and mood disorders. My treatment approach is based on two fundamental philosophies: "The problem is the problem, people are not the problem," and the belief that individuals possess the internal resources to discover solutions.
