Hello! I have over 30 years of experience providing caring and personal support to help you discover effective ways to break free from those issues that are holding you back from achieving your dreams in life. I believe that every one of us has a calling or purpose in life, and the journey to discovering and walking in that purpose should be both exciting and challenging. I like to view myself as a "life coach" and that is the framework that we will use if you decide to join with me in overcoming those obstacles that have been in your way.
I have been a licensed therapist with experience working with people from many backgrounds who are struggling with a wide variety of challenges. Much of my experience has been working with individuals struggling with relationship disappointments, fear and crippling stress and anxiety or depression, with couples dealing with marital strife and with parents trying to navigate the ever changing landscape of family life. There are many other issues that I have been able to assist with including coping with the challenges in a blended families, workplace stress, financial concerns, and men's issues.
My availability is mostly during daytime hours during the week.
