I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in General Psychology from Capella University. I am very passionate about this field and deeply committed to every client I serve. I am an empathetic and dedicated therapist with strong counseling skills and a solid understanding of interpersonal, familial relationships, and psychosocial stressors. Through my clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those who are willing to make positive changes in their lives. I pride myself on providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive milieu where we work side by side to help you cope in healthy ways and overcome traumas, issues, stressors, and barriers. I specialize in sexual trauma, eating disorders, addiction, depression, Autism, PTSD, anxiety, anger management, and military counseling. I am fully committed to listening and offering my best professional practices to aid you in your time of need. I am very easy to get to know and feel comfortable with. I am a very blunt therapist but have been told I am blunt in a nice way. I believe people need to hear the truth without it being sugar-coated.
