Michael graduated from University of New England with summa cum laude with a degree in athletic training in 2019. Immediately post- graduation he entered UNE's Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. While attending school he worked as an athletic trainer at a high school in Southern Maine. His areas of interest related to sports and orthopedic injuries, preventative care, and immediate injury care. Sports is an extremely important part of Michael’s life as he played basketball and football his whole life, including playing football at the collegiate level. When he is not playing sports or covering games and practices Michael enjoys weight lifting, watching sports, and spending time with friends, family and his dog Martha. His philosophy entails the belief of providing the tools and knowledge to athletes and patients to help them perform at their optimal level. With his athletic training experience he really enjoys preventing injuries and providing necessary guidance to all levels of athletes from the elite level to the weekend warrior.
