About Anthony Castano
Anthony Castano is a board-certified Physician Assistant committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. He brings a broad range of clinical experience across family medicine, internal medicine, infectious disease, emergency care, and pediatrics. Anthony holds a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming, graduating with highest honors.
Anthony is passionate about building strong relationships with his patients and providing personalized care plans to support long-term wellness. He has special interests in chronic disease management, preventive care, and mental health. His previous rotations and work experiences have equipped him to treat medically complex patients with conditions such as diabetes, heart failure, and autoimmune diseases.
In addition to his clinical training, Anthony has completed advanced coursework in substance use disorders through the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and is certified in both BLS and ACLS. He is proficient in a variety of electronic health record systems including Athenahealth, EPIC, and Cerner.
Anthony is currently accepting new patients at Todays Wellness & Primary Care under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Jaleel. All patient are required to update their PCP as Dr. Mohammed Jaleel, assistance can be provided.
