Welcome to my profile! I am a Licensced Social Worker who has been practicing
therapy since 2021. I have a BA in Psychology and an MSW from Northeastern Illinois
University. I believe in a treatment philosophy that focuses first on building a
strong relationship with my clients centered around authenticity. The focus of
treatment is centered around understanding how the body and mind have responded to
life experiences. I enjoy integrating various treatment philosophies from body work,
psychoanalysis, mindfulness, and art therapy.
I enjoy being active in during treatment and am always brainstorming new ideas and
researching methods in order to best help my clients. In my spare time, I enjoy
cooking, baking, drawing, playing video games, and watching shows. I have previous
experience working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital with children and teens. I
enjoy working with peeople of various sexual orientations, gender identities, ages,
cultures, and races. Coming into therapy is a very brave first step toward's
bettering yourself and I believe I can help you with that experience.
