It was my 1st time meeting with Michelle Cummings and she was great. A good communicator and listener. Minor troubles with the form but it was corrected and explained. I will update as I continue meeting with her. Overall she's wonderful.

The office called me a week before to confirm my appointment and the address, all great signs. I confirmed this appointment months in advance. I showed up early to the address provided by the office and zocdoc and was told that I was in the wrong location and that my appointment was now on the complete other side of the Bronx. This was after paying for an uber because the train decided to go express without warning, travelling from south east Queens. The front office at the (now wrong) location was very nice when notifying me that I wouldn’t be able to see the doctor because of their late policy. They reached out to the other location by phone, to notify them of the situation and barely got through to another human, on top of dealing with patients in real time. They insisted that I had to call myself to reschedule, which was unsuccessful after 13 attempts. All in all, this was a complete waste of my time that I’ll never get back. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone, ever.

This is located on Clay st. as of Sept, 2024. Address is unclear using the zocdoc app. Michelle was so kind and warm, the room is beautiful, she knew exactly why I was there and I felt like I was taken care of. So grateful for this resource.

I can't really rate the doctor because I didn't get to see her. I can rate what happened in trying to get to her place; 0 STARS. First of all the address is listed as Park Ave when it should be listed as East Tremont, The actual address is on East Tremont. The female at the call center didn't know that the mural that once was on the wall of the building was no longer there which she should have. She kept saying to look for the mural on the wall on Park Ave. The wall was now pale blue. We were taken all over the Bronx looking for this address due to directions from Waze and Google. The female in the call center never relayed the message to the Dr's office that we were running late because we were trying to find the address as she told us that she was the 3xs we called. She also told us there was no other number to reach them directly, when that was a lie. I cannot recommend this place because of the unprofessionalism. Parking is horrendous.
