Michelle is wonderful! I appreciated her down to earth approach and the gentle way she coached me through my issues. I definitely continue to use some of the tools/homework she gave me to help me through my bad habits. It’s nice to know I have someone reliable to call on when I need a little help.

Recently, I went through a breakup that was abrupt and tumultuous. These circumstances left me feeling incredibly anxious, depressed, confused, and betrayed. I was left with unanswered questions and unresolved feelings that wee consuming me everyday. Physically, I felt sick and emotionally, I felt lost by succumbing to numbness in order to avoid all of the pain. It was when I had my first session with Michelle that I started to breathe again.
She is warm and patient. I learned so much from my time with Michelle about dealing with his emotions.

Hi, I'm Michelle, a bilingual Spanish/English speaking psychotherapist from California. I'm honored to be the person people trust to support them on their mental health journey. Taking the first step towards therapy is difficult, so I work hard to ensure that I can make this therapy process as easy, safe, and comforting for you as possible.
I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge, which has provided me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse communities, including survivors of human trafficking, individuals in the justice system, college students, and Spanish-speaking clients. I’m So grateful to have met a therapist that really gets me. My life really had begun to change for the better since working with Michelle. I always feel better after a session.

I’ve gone to multiple mental health professionals before to see who would be a right fit for me and Michelle was the only one who made me feel comfortable and not judged. I have always been able to talk to her openly about anything and she’s helped me understand so many of my relationships with my partner, my family, and friends. There were times I was about to explain my culture but she already understood and relayed that when she spoke to me and it truly helped.
