Dr. Holmes has been a licensed professional counselor for over 20 years and holds a Master’s in Counseling Education from Argosy University, Sarasota. She has also had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Professor at various universities, teaching future counselors and researchers in this field. She began her professional career working with children and families and has always been committed to supporting individuals at all stages of life in creating good habits for mental well-being and growth. Dr. Holmes believes everyone can benefit from counseling and that the more we understand ourselves, the better equipped we are to make positive changes that have long-term benefits for ourselves and those closest to us. She offers a safe and non-judgmental environment to process life’s challenges and looks forward to meeting people where they are.
