I am here to support you during this public health crisis. I am seeing new patients using secure videoconferencing. You can connect using a smartphone, tablet or computer with webcam. I am a warm, caring and compassionate Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with extensive experience working with complex patients and families in crisis. I offer medication management, individual and family therapy. I take great joy in helping my patients improve their quality of life.
***Please be aware that I do not accept any insurance plans in my practice. If I am listed on your insurance provider's list, this is an error.*** If you have out of network benefits, we will give you the paperwork needed for reimbursement.
I specialize in treating Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, depression, and anxiety disorders including OCD and selective mutism. I have additional training in the treatment of Tourette Disorder and offer CBIT (cognitive behavioral intervention for tics), the first-line, non-medication treatment for tics. I have also received additional training in Women’s Mental Health through Massachusetts General Hospital and am an expert in prescribing medication during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
I graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University, where I also earned a master’s degree in nutrition. I attended medical school at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, completed residency training in General Psychiatry at Montefiore/Albert Einstein College of Medicine and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Northwell LIJ Hospital.

She was patient and understanding. We felt very comfortable right away. I appreciate that she didn't push medication on us. We learned a lot of parenting skills that helped change the dynamics at home. When we finally made the decision to start our son on medication for his ADHD, things improved so much. We are so thankful that Dr. Rosen guided us through this very scary process and wish we had gotten our son help sooner.

Dr. Rosen is wonderful. She is so caring and thorough. We had been to other psychiatrists who were very rushed, but Dr. Rosen put my daughter at ease and got her to open up in a way no one had before. We have seen so much improvement in our daughter since we started coming to see her.
