I am experienced in providing individual and group treatment to assist with decreasing symptoms related to depression, stress, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and other symptoms related to co-occurring disorders. I also am experienced in providing couples therapy to assist with learning ways to improve communication, re-connect, validate, and connect to decrease relationship stress and growth within the relationship. I use a collaborate approach to assist the clients in being a co-pilot in their treatment. I utilize skills such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques to assist in the therapy process. I have extensive experience working with individuals with personality disorders, severe trauma history, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Chronic Pain and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression. My hope is to work with individuals to assist them in improving their overall wellbeing.
