Morgan specializes in working with women, emerging adults, and adolescents struggling with anxiety, shame, and depression related to self-esteem, self-exploration, and authenticity. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Morgan is also dedicated to offering support to marginalized communities and individuals at the intersection of minoritized identities.
Morgan is passionate about working with clients to improve their emotional regulation, especially as it relates to their connections to others. She welcomes clients into a therapeutic space where they feel comfortable to explore sexuality, sexual expression, and ethical non monogamy.
Morgan incorporates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy as well as a relational approach to collaborate with her clients and work together towards their goals. Morgan hopes that through meeting her clients where they are at, she is able to cultivate a therapeutic space where the client feels comfortable to explore and flourish into themselves.
