Getting to know Emily Siegel

OUT-OF-NETWORK WITH ALL INSURANCE PLANS I help young adults (ages 18-35) and college students overcome the roadblocks preventing them from living a more fulfilling life. Many people come to me when they are feeling lost, overwhelmed, stuck, or unfulfilled. Some are experiencing difficulties at work or in relationships. Psychotherapy can make a difference. I tailor therapy to meet the needs of each individual and can support you in addressing a wide array of symptoms and challenges. I offer a non-judgmental space in which we will work together to build a better understanding of your emotions and experiences with the ultimate goal of long-lasting and meaningful change. I have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship challenges, life transitions, school and career-related stress, difficult family dynamics, and issues related to sex and sexuality. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care. I am out-of-network with all insurance plans, which means that you may be able to receive reimbursement for sessions with me from any plan that includes out-of-network benefits. Please reach out with questions-I am happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
