I hold a Master’s in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, where I also earned my Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Psychology. I specialize in trauma-informed care and somatic therapy, with much of my work centered on mental and emotional safety. I provide these supports in therapy and teach clients how to create this safety for themselves.
Ideally, I work with clients who have a history of trauma—both short and long term. My ideal client is eager to learn and wants to become their own safe space. They seek to understand their triggers, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and treat themselves with patience.
