I work with families, couples, and children through a systemic lens. My passion is to help individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as those facing obstacles that hinder their connection with their full selves. I support couples and families dealing with difficult relational issues, including communication, conflict, infidelity, commitment, reconnecting, processing traumatic events, and premarital counseling.
I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step and seek therapy, so I strive to be my authentic self to create a warm and safe environment for my clients. Together, we navigate through challenges with care and understanding. My hope is to work with you, your family, or your children to navigate life's journey and help you develop effective coping strategies.
