Hi, and welcome to my practice. I am Narcisa Sierra, owner and founder of Footsteps To Wellness. As a psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping others heal from life’s challenges and providing you with the support you need to transform your life. It is important to me that my clients feel heard, understood, and have a safe space where meaningful personal growth can take place.
I understand how challenging it can be to decide to enter therapy. It is important to me that you feel comfortable as you discuss the not so comfortable. I am warm, down to earth, and believe in being my most authentic self with all of my clients. I believe that the best results are achieved when you feel at ease with your therapist and have a genuine connection with someone who is invested in you.
I have come to understand that while we may struggle with many of the same issues, we are all unique individuals. I tailor my therapeutic approach with this in mind, treating every client as an individual. I believe your well-being is best supported by addressing your individual needs and the state of your total health - mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a holistic and client-centered approach incorporating elements of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I continually enhance my knowledge and clinical skills through on-going trainings.
I am an online therapist and provide video counseling sessions through a secure platform, doxy.me. I provide a comfortable emotional space for my clients to feel heard and understood. I seek to understand things from your point of view and provide a safe place to offer support, guidance, and feedback so that meaningful personal growth can take place.
