Natalia integrates a holistic mind, body, and emotion approach to therapy, guiding her clients to reconnect with their bodies, adaptively reorganize their autonomic nervous systems, and learn to form meaningful connections with themselves and others. Through a focus on the limbic system, mindfulness-based techniques, art, and traditional cognitive talk therapy, she offers tools that encourage growth, healing, self-confidence, and self-agency.
Natalia has extensive experience providing services to individuals with serious emotional disturbances, various types of trauma/PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, grief, depression, and immigration-related issues in outpatient settings predominantly located in New York City. She has studied psychology for more than 10 years, graduating at the top of her class with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. She completed her Bachelor’s degree at Hunter College and previously studied psychology at an Eastern European university before moving to the US. Natalia is a member of the American Mental Health Counseling Association and the New York Mental Health Counseling Association.
Fluent in Russian and English, Natalia provides therapy in both languages.
