We can all use someone to talk to and help guide us through life’s realities, difficulties and/or stressors. Although it can be difficult, therapy can be a place to start making changes in your life or just have someone to listen to you. I understand the importance of maintaining your health, especially your mental health. I have 21 years of experience in the field and have worked with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse issues, child custody issues, co-parenting, and divorce/separation. I tend to use solution-focused, humanistic and cognitive-behavioral styles of therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I pride myself on being genuine, empathetic and non-judgmental in my work.
