I have experience with vicarious trauma to support first responders, law enforcement, and medical professionals in high stress jobs. I have also worked with individuals who have experienced trauma due to mass incarceration or systemic trauma. I believe therapeutic alignment and understanding are the most important things in counseling. I support individuals in learning new skills to cope, eliminating symptoms, and achieving behavioral change in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship issues, self-harm, and body image issues. I have experience in many different therapy modalities and will support you on your journey.
