I believe that all people have worth and value. I also believe hope can be found in even the darkest of times, and I try to hold onto that hope for my clients until they feel it themselves. I have always had an interest in social justice and have seen the harm that can be done by injustices such as racism, sexism, ableism, etc. I welcome clients to bring their unique perspectives into the safe, nonjudgmental therapy space; it is important to me that everyone's voice is heard in a respectful way, especially those whose voices often go unheard.
I have enjoyed working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have a special interest in working with clients who are neurodivergent and also those who identify as LGBTQ.
I also follow HAES principles and support all of my clients in body positivity.
