Rev. Dr. Nikka Williams-Stenson, LMSW brings over 15 years
of experience in forensic social work and criminal justice, helping justice-involved individuals rebuild their lives through therapeutic care. She serves as an Assistant Pastor at Christ Pentecostal Temple, Inc., where she is currently developing a faith-based therapy center to provide holistic, spiritually grounded counseling for both congregants and the community. Dr. Williams-Stenson holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University and an
M.S.W. from Stony Brook University, graduating cum laude. In 2019, she published her first book, The Power of Knowing How: Apply the Principle, Get the Results, which complements her counseling and coaching practice. The book became an award-winning best seller in 2023, earning the Pastor Aida Ford ICEA Scholar Award. That same year, she earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University. With two decades of therapeutic experience, her specialties include licensed temperament therapy, youth and young adult counseling, couples therapy, and life coaching. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and serving her
church and community.
