I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University with an emphasis in Health Psychology. Since 2019, I have been providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including schools and mental health clinics. My approach to psychotherapy includes an integrative model utilizing evidence-based treatments. I find value in building rapport with my clients and fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect.
