My ideal client is an individual struggling with anxiety who experiences overthinking and people-pleasing behaviors. They recognize the negative impact these patterns have had on their mental health and relationships. Their ability to prioritize themselves has diminished, and they often cannot feel good about themselves without validation and affirmations from others. They come to therapy seeking to regain the power that has been overtaken by a hyper-focus on what others might think and feel about them.
I hold a MEd in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University, and I strive to offer a judgment-free environment where you do not have to worry about what I think or feel about you. I show true care through empathy and unconditional positive regard to help you feel safe and build a strong therapeutic relationship.
