You may be a child struggling with big emotions or social challenges, a teen feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, school, friendships, or self-esteem, or a young adult navigating relationships, life transitions, or uncertainty about the future. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help clients better understand their emotions, build confidence, strengthen communication, and develop practical coping skills. Together, we work at a comfortable pace toward healthier patterns and meaningful change. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and skills-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, play therapy, and trauma-focused care. Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you are not sure what to expect or what to say. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You can come as you are, without judgment, and we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable while building the skills and confidence to move forward.
