Great first session with Pansy! I had to do the paperwork quickly prior to the meeting but was able to meet with her in-person on the same day. She is very attentive and engaging from the get go and we were able to have a productive session together. I’m looking forward to my next sessions with her! Also a shout out to Kelli the scheduling coordinator from Catylyss that made sure that I was able to have my appointment on time by contacting me beforehand. Overall, a much smoother and stress free onboarding than previous practices. I would highly recommend!!

Pansy was really easy to talk to and even though I was nervous it went well. I'd highly recommend Pansy for a therapist.

More about Pansy Ayala, LCSW

Who I Work With: I help adults including hard-working professionals, parents, and pregnant and postpartum women who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or having relationship struggles to find ways to get relief and bring balance back into their lives. I also specialize in helping individuals with Autism and ADHD embrace their unique strengths while offering coping strategies, enhancing social and communication skills, and navigating daily challenges to create a more fulfilling life. You may be feeling anxious and overwhelmed by a major life change like becoming a parent, starting or ending a relationship, or coping with loss. You might feel like you’re struggling to keep up with everything and that you’re unable to relax or have fun. If you have Autism or ADHD, you may feel frustrated and tired from navigating life in a neurotypical world that expects you to be a certain way. As a BIPOC therapist, I also work with clients who are navigating their personal identity, cultural expectations, and how they relate to the world around them. If you’ve ever felt torn between what your culture expects of you and what you truly want for yourself, you may experience feelings of shame, guilt, or confusion. If any of this resonates with you, you’re not alone in feeling this way - I can help!

She is so warm & friendly, Lover her!
Pansy is very helpful, caring, compassionate and professional. I would recommend her to anyone seeking therapy or needing help with something difficult in their lives.
Pansy was a great therapist for my first time trying therapy. She helped me navigate a lot of issues and challenges with my relationships with my family and partner. I especially want to note that her cultural competence through understanding family dynamics coming from a POC background were very much appreciated in feeling understood. I'd totally recommend Pansy to any of my friends, but especially to POC folks since it was comforting to have a therapist that I didn't have to explain cultural differences to (which was hard to find in Colorado). Thanks again Pansy!

Pansy helped me feel comfortable by providing all information upfront about our session. She took the time to get to know me and is incredibly understanding. I could not recommend her more!
I really enjoyed working with Pansy. She has great perspective on what it's like being a parent, and all my daily struggles. She was warm and welcoming and I look forward to working with her!
