Therapy is such a transformative experience that can change your life! How do I know? Well it happened to me and I want it to happen for you so that you can live the life you are yearning for!
I always say that I am fortunate that my passion is my job. I enjoy providing compassion and working with each clients unique life situation.
I help Adults 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, interpersonal struggles and many other life transition events that change the status of your mental health.
My sessions are not one dimensional. I am an avid learner and bring the latest techniques to our session. I use many modalities depending on what is right for you at the time and what you are comfortable with.
Despite all of my education, this is what you need to know:
I am here for YOU. I will listen and remember what you tell me. I will be prompt and on time and will show you the ultimate respect. I will always treat you with the most effective evidence based practices.
