I am a dual-licensed counselor that has a great passion for the teen population and serving clients ages 16 years of age and up. I have a special interest in helping those who have experienced grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, and marital problems. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help people identify tools that will benefit them.
