Very soft spoken but provided generic, cliche responses to my very traumatic experiences such as “well you have to just pray and keep going”. She didn’t ask any meaningful follow up Qs to engage in the process WITH me. As I was telling her some very embarrassing and personal stuff, she said “sorry I’m looking for this other patient” while she browsed her computer screen. And as soon as a certain minute hit, she ended the session no proper closure. Felt very rushed like it’s all about the money for her.

Frensha Spears never showed up for my virtual appointment. I contacted Ear to Ear Behavorial Health Solutions by phone after waiting 15 minutes after my appointment start time. I notified the receptionist of the situation and she said she’ll reach out to Frensha to see if she can send me a new virtual link. It never happened. I made time during my day for this. I will not be making another appointment.

Provider never called, I wasn't sent any paperwork to fill out or sign. When I tried to call it said the number you called , no name , no agency name and mail box is full.
I went with a different Provider.

She came in to the meeting unprepared(she didn't know who i was and was just pulling up my file) kept moving around (getting up walking out the room during our meeting) eating during our call, she even took a phone call during my appointment, accidentally unmuted me when i realized it was a personal call about drug testing for what seems like a new job(congrats to her but it left me feeling unseen and unheard) i disconnected. this sucked!!! im trying to find a therapist who is as committed to my mental health as i am and not just collecting the money and so far this is the second woman therapist i've connected with on her who has been a huge let down. i left feeling crappy and maybe therapy through zocdoc isn't for me.
