I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between the therapist and client. Together we work towards establishing goals and working on them at your pace. I use a wide variety of theory and empirically researched techniques, all designed for the client and their specific goals. I work very hard on creating a warm and safe enviornment, free of judgement. After a session many clients have told me they feel like they just had a sit down visit with a good friend!
